We traveled through the amazing scenery of the Columbia
Icefields on our way to Jasper. We were
surrounded by jagged snow topped mountains and turquoise rivers – beautiful! The narrow two-lane road turned and
twisted.
The Park Service has built
animal overpasses to allow wildlife to cross the road safely. Cameras monitor foot traffic to record who is
using the bridges.
